Jacqueline Davidson, owner of Aberdeen Hair and Scalp Clinic, is a qualified Trichologist, who trained at the Institute of Trichologists. She has also trained with Philip Kingsley Clinic, Nioxin and attended the 7th World Congress for Hair Research in May 2013, where she learned from the top dermatologists, Trichologists and research scientists from around the world.
With over 30 years in hairdressing, owning a number of hair salons along the way, it is clear that Jacqueline has always had a huge passion for hair. Because she has always been fascinated by the technical and scientific side of hairdressing and particularly enjoys finding solutions to clients’ hair problems she took the opportunity to train as a technical advisor with the top hairdressing supplier in the USA. From there it was a natural step to become the only practising Trichologist in Aberdeen and open Aberdeen Hair and Scalp Clinic.
Based at 214 Union Street, Aberdeen, consulting takes place in the strictest of confidence and privacy, using differential diagnosis and a holistic approach, as lifestyle, diet and other health problems can all affect your hair and scalp.
Jacqueline was so helpful and understanding and spent a great deal of time looking into the possible causes of my son’s hair loss, (at the outset it wasn’t clear he had alopecia). She made recommendations to us about supplements and massages but particularly told us about the connection between iron store levels and hair loss.
Jacqueline never promised a cure… but, however it happened, and I do believe the iron store levels had a significant impact, my son now has a lot of new hair growth.
Jacqueline’s extensive experience as a hairdresser, where she has come across numerous cases of hair loss, her natural affinity with and ability to deal with people, on top of her training and qualifications as a Trichologist, makes her the ideal person to go to for anyone suffering from hair loss.”
